Read the note once more and remove any conclusion that is not shown in the wording you recorded. Check that the question does not assume what a balance means, why it changed or what should happen next.

The final note should distinguish what appeared on the page from what you want clarified. Keeping the headline, balance and access topics separate makes the balance question easier to identify and describe.
